چکیده
Objective: This study investigated whether delta-neutrophil index(DNI) and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) values have prognostic significance in wound infections after cesarean section.
Material Methods: In this retrospective study, one hundred ten patients who developed infection were rehospitalized section a tertiary health center between 2015 2019 formed the group. The same number of control group; laboratory tests including DNI, leukocyte count, percentage neutrophils measured 12 hours before surgery (day 0) 24 1). It was these results had predictive value for infection.
Results: mean age included 30.6 (17-55) years, body mass index 28.4±3.95 kg/m2. optimal cut-off NLR day 0 4.0, with sensitivity 80%, specificity 38.7%, positive likelihood 1.31, negative 0.52. Factors that effective development 0, 1, delta. addition, found to be greater than 27, sections one, operative time 50 minutes less 30 minutes.
Conclusion: We demonstrated during predicted section.
